We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The hotel is perfect location, close to the tram station and within walking distance of the city center and the opera house. We enjoyed taking evening walks by the beautiful lake, right next to the hotel. there is an excellent Italian restaurant just a 5-minute walk away if you prefer dining outside of the hotel.

The staff were excellent, providing prompt check-in and checkout procedures. They were well-informed about the city locations and willing to assist with transportation. The breakfast had plenty of choices and the staff made sure the tables were clean and dishes were filled. The room was clean and well-maintained, with modern furniture and ample space to relax. The view from the balcony was perfect, allowing us to see the lake and the city. Despite a problem with the air-conditioning, the specialized staff provided extra heaters. the hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

This hotel has an unbeatable location with a short walk to the city center and being near the lake, it offers a stunning view. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with some even having a jacuzzi. The staff is friendly and they go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. The breakfast spread is delicious and there are plenty of facilities, such as a restaurant, to cater to all your needs.
The lack of air-conditioning in the rooms can be a drawback, especially during the hot summer months.

The lake view rooms are well decorated and recently refurbished. The staff, including Julian, Gianluca, Imad, and Victoria. Close to convenient amenities and cozy cafes for people-watching. The top floor room with a balcony is perfect for solo travelers. Good shower and comfortable bed.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, situated right in front of the lake. Plus, it was conveniently located between two car dealerships. The room was spacious and had everything we needed, including a mini-bar, a balcony, and soundproofed walls. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, offering services like room service, laundry, and limousine service. We also enjoyed the in-room breakfast and the dining restaurant. The spa & wellness centre was a nice touch and we were able to relax in the sauna, and enjoy free wi-fi, and luggage storage.
We would definitely recommend this place to anyone. The only minor issue we had was that the receptionist didn't turn on the sauna when we requested it, but this didn't detract from our overall experience.
